Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Customer

Within 24 hours of booking: If the customer cancels their booking within 24 hours of booking time, they will receive a full refund.

More than 24 hours before storage: If the customer cancels the reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled storage time, they will receive a full refund.

Less than 24 hours before storage: If the customer cancels their reservation less than 24 hours before the scheduled storage time, no refund will be made.

Cancellation by the Company

Forced cancellation: The company reserves the right to cancel any reservation in case of force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances that make storage impossible. In this case, a full refund will be made to the customer.

Non-compliance with the terms: If the customer does not comply with the terms and conditions of the company, the company has the right to cancel the booking without refund.

Cancellation Procedure

Cancellation Request: Customers must submit their cancellation request in writing via email or through the company's website.

Cancellation confirmation: The company will confirm the cancellation in writing within 24 hours of receiving the cancellation request.

Money return

Refund Process: Refunds will be made to the same payment method used to make the reservation.

Processing time: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in the customer's account, depending on the bank or payment service.
